What an unforgettable three days! From September 9 to 11, martial artists from our community gathered in Addis Ababa for an intensive yet deeply rewarding Ashihara Karate Sabaki training and professional development camp.

From the moment we stepped onto the tatami, the energy was electric. We dove deep into the core principles of Sabaki—focusing on fluid movement, efficient body shifting (sabaki), dynamic sparring drills, and sharp technique refinements. But it wasn’t just about sweat and hard work; it was about connection, shared passion, and pushing our limits together as a family.

A massive thank you to everyone who brought their best energy, focus, and spirit to every session. We left the dojo stronger, wiser, and more connected than when we started.
