Gasshuku Summer Camp Training 2025

We had a great time attending the Gasshuku Summer Camp in Simon’s Town, Cape Town, South Africa on December 10, 2025Participants in the camp included Ethiopia and South Africa, as well as Eswatini (Swaziland), Seychelles, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. They were He completed an additional week of training at the Hombu Dojo with Ethiopian Senpai Elias Stephens with Master Tesfu Goshu Director of Sabaki Ashihara Ethiopia, and Elias Stephens received his International Taekwondo Chef of Master Instructor Certificate and Sabaki Federation membership card. Elijah is expected to succeed in working with the Sabaki Ashihara Ethiopian Federation This gashku training and small Tournament is regularly held in Cape Town at the end of December each year. In this training, we learned Ashihara Karate Kata, Kumite, Sabaki, Defensive Skills, and Management Trainings. Additionally, Ashihara Karate has shown in practice that good friendships and cultural exchanges with professionals from different countries, through the sport, can be used to promote peace and solidarity.
